Teresa has extensive experience of developing and implementing retail and brand strategies, working with a variety of companies from major multinationals to small emerging businesses.
Specialising in strategy, concept development and performance improvement, she helps clients to better understand their customers and markets in order to develop sound retail strategies and to improve their return on investment. Teresa also works on turnaround situations, helping to identify key issues and drive change.
Prior to co-founding Partners in Retail Teresa worked as a Board Director for both retail and manufacturing companies. She has also worked for specialist retail and brand consultancies. She now brings together this breadth of experience to help brands and retailers tackle the challenges of building customer engagement in today's fast changing markets.
