Robert is an experienced retail consultant with both strategic and operational skills.  He works with a wide variety of clients from start-ups to global players in the UK and internationally.

 

Having started his career in retail management, Robert now works with retailers on business growth and performance improvement, with a focus on store operations, ranging and merchandising.  He has particular expertise in working with retailers to develop new formats and assisting them to enter new markets or new sectors.

 

Robert also works closely with banks, investors and financial institutions to advise on acquisitions and investments with a focus on post-deal situations and business integration.

 

Prior to co-founding Partners in Retail, Robert worked in senior consultancy roles with PW and KPMG and was a board director with Management Horizons Europe.
