Amanda is a strategic consultant with experience across a range of retail and related sectors, from corporate to government, and financial services to charities.
She specialises in advising companies entering new sectors or geographic markets, focusing on concept development, business planning and funding. Her work ranges from strategic analysis to more practical support such as establishing distribution channels, brand marketing and finding the necessary resources and support services.
Amanda also works with companies in transition, advising on change management, as well as with banks and venture capitalists on due diligence projects.
Amanda started out in the corporate sector with J Sainsbury and Bankers Trust (now Deutsche Bank). Prior to co-founding Partners in Retail Amanda was a Director of Poole Associates and was an executive director of Management Horizons Europe.
